职责描述
战略投资事业群法务总监/Legal Director of Strategic Investment BU
- 参与公司境内或境外拟投资项目的法律尽调，并提出法律风险和解决建议等；
Participate in the various outbound and inbound M A projects, conduct due diligence, address the legal risks and provide legal advice， etc;
- 拟定和管理投资项目相关法律事务文书；
Manage the investment projects related legal documents;
- 参与投资项目的有关评审；
Participate in the project evaluation;
- 相关法律政策研究；
Research of the related legal policy;
- 部门团队建设、培训、激励、考核；
Manage, couch, motivate, assess the legal team;
- 工作地点首选天津

理想的求职者
- 律师执业5-8年以上，拥有法律执业资格证书；
More than 5-8 years of experience in law practicing, PRC bar qualified;
- 具有丰富的投资并购经验，熟悉证劵、投资法律法规；
Rich experience of practicing law in M A, capital market, familiar with regulation in security and investment;
- 希望既有律所经验又有基金/投资公司经验，最好是在医药企业或基金/投资公司全程做过项目，尤其是甲方投资医药项目者优先；
The ideal candidates would have experiences in both law firm and fund/investment company with the whole project circle, especially when
- 了解国际规则和国际资本市场，有海外并购、医药行业项目经验者优先；
Familiar with the global capital market environment, preferably outbound pharmaceutical/medical related M A experience;
5. 良好的领导能力、团队管理能力、沟通能力和谈判技巧；
Good leadership and management skills,
6. 英文熟练者优先考虑；
Fluent in spoken and written English is a plus;
薪酬待遇
基本年薪RMB50-60万，另有绩效奖金等
500K-600K base salary + Performance bonus
